Business units
The Business units allows to divide all the users in as many as need categories. Through this, all the rows that are created in the platform are created with the current user id, user organization and user business unit as well. Using business units allows us to set a specific security on it.
How to use
To open the Business units view, navigate to System ➔ Business units.
Designer
- Business unit - The name of the business unit.
Organizations
The Organizations allows to divide all the users in as many as need categories. Through this, all the rows that are created in the platform are created with the current user id, user business unit and user organization as well. Using organizations allows us to set a specific security on it.
Users
The Users section lists represents everyone with login access. You can edit user details like business unit and organization, and manage roles for specific access and permissions.
